Product features:

Application scope:

Usage:

Extrude the sealing mud paste and apply it on the lower surface.

Matters needing attention:

1. This product is corrosive, avoid direct contact with skin and eyes when using;

2. Store in dry, ventilated and cool place;

3. In loading, unloading, handling should be careful to handle, to prevent extrusion.

Shelf life:

Paste product (containing sodium silicate) : 3 months

Paste product (without sodium silicate) : 1~2 years

Powder semi-finished product: 1~3 years

Package:

Paste product: use special plastic bottle or plastic tube packaging, external carton packaging.

Powder semi-finished products: 25kg bags. Can also be set according to customer requirements.

Comparison table of different types of Sealing paste

Tips:

1. If the factory not only needs to seal the box, but also needs the sticky sealing paste, you can choose the paste finished product (contains sodium silicate);

(The main composition of sodium silicate after hardening is silicon gel and solid, with a large specific surface area, greatly improving the bond strength. However, sodium silicate is easy to deteriorate, resulting in a short shelf life of the sealing paste products, which is not convenient for long-term storage and ready to use.)

2. If the factory only needs to seal the box to prevent running fire and reduce fly-edge defects, and wants a longer shelf life, we suggest to choose paste products (without sodium silicate).

3. If the factory only needs to seal the box to prevent running fire and reduce fly-edge defects, and has appropriate mixing equipment, we suggest to choose powder finished products (without sodium silicate).
