Sulfonic Acid Catalyst – Hardener for No-bake Furan Resin

Sulfonic Acid Catalyst is the matching hardener for No-bake Furan Resin. Users could choose different models according to different requirements.

Characteristics

According to the different room temperature and sand temperature, users could choose different models of hardener to get satisfactory curing speed. 

By adjusting the addition rate of the hardener (30-60% of Resin), you can get different bench life and stripping time. 

Light yellow or brown transparent liquid with crystallization temperature less than -15℃.

How to use

Hardener (liquid) could be used directly. The original sand (reclaimed sand) adds hardener (30-60% of resin) then mix, add resin (0.7-1.5% of sand), mix them evenly as mixture.

Packing and Storage

Pack in plastic drum with 230kg net weight or IBC tank with 1000kg to 1200kg net weight. 
No collision when loading and unloading, transportation and storage, keep the package intact and sealed. 
Store in shady and well-ventilated place without open flames. 

Hardener has strong acidity, please wear labor protection appliance when work with it to avoid body burned. If contact with it accidently, wash with clean water immediately, and seek medical care when necessary.
