Brief analysis on the application fields of graphite products

1. High purity graphite

High purity graphite material has the advantages of low resistance correlation coefficient, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance, small risk coefficient of conductive and thermal expansion, self-lubricating and easy to carry out precision machining. It is an ideal container of inorganic nonmetal crucible, heater of single crystal furnace, electric spark, graphite of sintering mold, anode of electronic tube, metal coating, graphite crucible of semiconductor technology, graphite anode of emission electron tube, grid tube and mercury arc rectifier, grid electrode, etc.

2. High carbon graphite

High carbon graphite can be used as conductive material to make electrodes, brushes, carbon tubes, carbon rods, TV picture tube coating and so on. High carbon graphite powder can also be used as refractories, graphite crucible and protective agent for steel ingot. High carbon graphite can also be used as wear-resistant and lubricating material. It can be used as lubricant, wear-resistant material and high-carbon graphite powder in mechanical work, and can be used as mold and metallurgical material in metallurgical casting.

3. Carbon brick

The amount of neutral binder made by adding carbonaceous materials to high temperature refractory products. The raw materials mainly include anthracite, coke and graphite, and the improvement of binders such as pitch, tar and anthracene oil. It is not easy to volatilize anthracite with compact structure. When producing carbon brick, it is used as aggregate, metallurgical coke (coal coke) is added, and asphalt is used as binder.
